PCT Best Photo Contest

In 2000, PCT magazine launched its popular “Best Photo Contest” which annually attracts hundreds of participants and has proven to be one of the most popular programs of the year. In 2010, one industry product supplier will have an opportunity to sponsor this one-of-a-kind program, receiving valuable exposure before, during and after the winners are announced. This corporate sponsor will receive:

  • Company logo will appear on all promotional materials associated with the contest.
  • Company logo and sponsorship credit will be featured in four consecutive PCT E-Newsletters during the months leading up to the contest (September - December).
  • The winners will be featured and corporate sponsor highlighted in the lead story on www.pctonline.com.
  • Company logo and recognition of the firm’s sponsorship support will accompany a story in the February issue of PCT magazine, reaching 23,000 readers.
  • A slide show of the winning entries also will be created highlighting the company’s sponsorship. The slide show will be archived on PCT’s website.
  • In all, the sponsor of this contest will receive more than 100,000 corporate impressions.

Cost of Sponsorship: $7,500.

Best of the Web Award

PCT will introduce a “Best of the Web” awards program in 2010 honoring the best websites in the pest management industry, broken down into three separate categories (large, medium and small companies). A panel of experts will review all of the entries and the winners will be announced in PCT’s Convention Extra magazine, which is “room-dropped” annually at NPMA PestWorld. A companion feature article describing the key features and benefits of a successful website will be published in the October issue of PCT magazine. As the exclusive sponsor of PCT’s “Best of the Web” competition, the sponsor’s logo will appear on all promotional materials and house ads, as well the awards themselves. The company also will be featured in PCT Convention Extra, along with our “Best of the Web” editorial coverage. This program is an excellent opportunity for a technology-driven company to align itself with a high-tech, high-impact awards program that will receive widespread participation throughout the industry. We also will produce podcasts with each of the winners to review the key features and benefits of each of their websites. The award’s sponsor will have an opportunity to tag an ad message on to the beginning of the podcast.
